I did not have a repair appt which was my fault to begin with so I was definitely not mad about that. To start off I had some fault in the beginning but by the end I was beyond not ok with how this place handled my situation.

What a great staff! Why anyone would go wait to see someone at the Apple store I can't imagine. Jack walked me over to the sales desk, and the whole purchase was so fast and easy, and everyone was fantastic to work with. And though he is in the repair department he turned out to be excellent salesman because I walked away placing an order for a brand new, super souped up computer! He was knowledgeable and friendly, and low pressure. He gave me the pros and cons and pricing for each.
